本季菜單以「文藝復興」為主軸,自十四世紀末期文藝復興啟蒙,藝術由神走向人性,開啟橫跨數世紀的美學革新。我們以九幅橫跨數百年的經典畫作為靈感,萃取其中寓意、情緒與色彩,重新詮釋調酒與藝術的結合,提供全面的品飲體驗。

This season’s menu is themed around the Renaissance.
Since its emergence in the late 14th century, the Renaissance marked a shift in art from the divine to the human, sparking a centuries-long aesthetic revolution.
Inspired by nine iconic artworks spanning hundreds of years, we draw from their meanings, emotions, and colors to reinterpret the connection between mixology and art—offering a fully immersive tasting experience.
